[SOLVED] Help with ArrowOS

I will think about installing ArrowOS on Mi Pad 5 nabu 21051182G, but I see there's too variants, whatever you want to call it, one says 21051182G version when I select ArrowOS 12.1, but "nabu" on 13.1, which one should I choose?
